These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, platform, and services provided by NeoGlobe Marketing LLC ("NeoGlobe," "we," "us," or "our"). By starting a trial, subscribing, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
NeoGlobe provides a subscription platform for small and local businesses, including a CRM and contact database, website and landing pages, AI receptionist, social media management, and automated email and text campaigns (the "Services"). Our Services are built on and run through GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, a third-party platform we license and configure on your behalf.
New accounts begin with a 10-day free trial. No charge applies during the trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin billing at the plan rate you selected, on a monthly or annual basis, charged through our payment processor, Stripe.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund charges already processed, except where required by law.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice before your next billing cycle.
To activate the full functionality of your subscription, we require certain information from you (such as business hours, services, pricing, and contact details) through our onboarding process. Delays in providing this information may delay the setup of features like the AI receptionist.
You agree not to use our Services to:
Violate any law or regulation
Send unsolicited or unlawful communications, including texts or emails that violate applicable messaging or telemarketing laws
Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
Misrepresent your identity or business
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
You retain ownership of the content you provide us (photos, logos, business information, and similar materials). You grant us a license to use that content solely to build, operate, and display your account, website, and social media as part of the Services.
Our Services rely on third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by these third parties that are outside our reasonable control.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will produce specific business results (such as a specific number of calls, leads, or bookings).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeoGlobe's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. NeoGlobe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
